Hi, I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m Lakwan “Kwany” Alleyne-Hall, LMFT. I provide virtual therapy for individuals and couples navigating anxiety, life transitions, identity exploration, relationship stress, and the emotional weight of feeling stuck.

My work is rooted in creating a space that feels safe, affirming, and real. I especially enjoy supporting BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ clients who are learning to feel more confident, advocate for themselves, and move through life with more clarity and self-trust.
